I had an excellent experience with James at Greenville Diamond Gallery. I brought in a Caravelle watch with an analog movement that wasn’t running. James took the time to examine it and identify the actual problem: a missing insulating film beneath the battery and damage to the battery holder from a previous battery replacement. He explained the issue and the repair option clearly, including the cost, so I could make an informed decision about whether it made sense to repair the watch.
