I had an outstanding experience with Lumina Las Vegas, and a huge part of that comes down to their HR team! They were organized, kind, and on top of every detail from start to finish. Patricia Palacios deserves a special mention. She was patient, clear, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. You can tell she cares about the people she’s helping, and that level of professionalism stands out.
